Architecture designed for an industry of 270 plants and 2,200+ vehicles
Belgium's concrete industry runs 270 plants and 2,200+ mixer trucks serving daily construction sites, around 60% of which require concrete pumps. Coordination between plants, fleet managers, and on-site operators was fragmented: delayed responses, incomplete information sharing, missed deadlines on complex projects. The industry needed an end-to-end platform able to centralize vehicle management, real-time tracking, and clean communication between every stakeholder.
Concreteasy is an end-to-end coordination platform built by DNA for the concrete supply chain. A multi-view booking system (List, Calendar, Board, Timeline) covers reservation and dispatching with real-time GPS route visualization. A mobile-first operator interface gives drivers a digital schedule and live status updates. A visual equipment catalog handles full vehicle specifications, dynamic pricing (hourly, weekend, coverage fees), and filtering by technical criteria. Lifecycle tracking spans Not Started → In Progress → Leaving site → Completed. Cloud-native architecture provides the scalability and reliability the industry-wide scope requires.
