Building resilient, scalable software tailored to highly specific enterprise operational needs. DNA Solutions designs and builds bespoke platforms for companies whose workflows no packaged product can model.
Off-the-shelf software assumes a standard process, and many enterprise operations do not have one. DNA Solutions builds for the cases that need their own custom software platform: logic specific enough to require it, critical enough that downtime carries cost. Our team designs the data model, the services and the integration points around how the business runs, splits the platform into independent services so a fault in one path never takes down the rest, then operates it in production.

We design technology that lands on your bottom line. European enterprises trust us with extreme data volumes and critical financial pipelines.

We built and maintain a Deloitte-audited billing platform processing €300M in audited transactions every month.

Software for a critical operation has to outlive its first release. Our build process is designed for the years after launch.
We split each platform into independent services, so a fault in one path does not take down the rest. Communication runs through events rather than direct calls, every service has its own isolated failure domain, and each one is deployed and scaled on its own. This is the architecture behind the billing and coordination platforms we build for high-volume operations, where a single point of failure is not an option and parts of the system have to keep running while others are updated.
Every platform exposes a documented API before any interface is built. This lets the software connect to ERPs, payment systems and partner platforms without rework, and lets client teams build their own tools on top of it. We design the contract first, then the implementation, so the integration points are settled early instead of being retrofitted late. The same approach keeps the platform open: new channels, new partners and new internal applications plug into an interface that already exists.
We deploy on cloud infrastructure sized for the availability target the operation requires. Redundancy, monitoring and automated recovery come as standard, on AWS, Azure or the client's existing environment, depending on data-residency and operational constraints. The same setup runs platforms that serve tens of millions of requests per year under fixed availability targets. Capacity is provisioned for peak load, not average load, so traffic spikes are absorbed without manual intervention and without degrading the experience for everyone else on the platform.
Software that runs for years in production needs more than a working first release. We cover critical paths with automated tests, run them on every change, and instrument the platform with metrics, logs and tracing so a problem is visible before it reaches the operation. When an incident happens, the team can see which service is affected and why, instead of guessing. We operate the platforms we build, so the way the software is observed and maintained is designed in from the start.
We engineer complete bespoke platforms for operations that no packaged product can model. From the data model to the deployment, our team designs the software around how the business actually runs.
What We BuildWe split platforms into independent services so a fault in one path does not take down the rest. Event-driven communication, isolated failure domains and per-service deployment keep high-volume operations running.

Fleet, telecom and tolling each run on their own operational logic. We build the platform around the operational logic of the sector it serves.

"We collaborated on an innovative recruiting app, and what stood out most was the supportive atmosphere and the strong autonomy given to every team member."
"The quality of the people I worked with and the seriousness of the project management stood out. DNA built a backend and app for a highway toll system, and the human side of the company is truly remarkable."
"The real connection between sales and delivery is what sets them apart. Most IT companies have salespeople disconnected from the people actually building the solution. At DNA, that's simply not the case."
What teams ask before commissioning a platform built from scratch.
When the operation has logic no packaged product models, custom software is usually the right answer: real-time multi-country pricing, fleet coordination across hundreds of sites, or availability targets a generic SaaS cannot meet. A packaged product asks the business to bend to its assumptions. For a critical operation, that often means manual workarounds, data living in spreadsheets next to the official system, and a process the software never fully captures. We build custom platforms specifically for these cases and integrate them with the systems already in place, so the software follows how the business actually runs rather than the other way round. Where part of the need is genuinely standard, we say so and reuse what exists instead of rebuilding it.
Java and .NET for backend services, modern web frameworks for interfaces, and microservices communicating through events for high-volume platforms. Each service is deployed on its own so parts of the system can be updated or scaled without taking the rest down. We deploy on AWS, Azure or the client's existing cloud, depending on the availability and data-residency requirements, with redundancy, monitoring and automated recovery sized to the operation. The exact stack is chosen to fit the problem and the team that will run it afterwards, not to follow a trend, and we favor widely supported, open technologies so the platform stays maintainable and the client is never locked into a single vendor for the parts that matter.
Yes. DNA Solutions designs every platform API-first, which lets it connect to SAP, AFAS, Oracle and payment systems without rework. The API is documented and settled before the interfaces are built, so the integration points are defined early rather than retrofitted at the end. Custom middleware, reconciliation flows and the handling of partial failures are part of our standard scope: when a connected system is briefly unavailable, the platform queues and retries instead of losing data. We also map how data flows between the new platform and the systems already in place, so both sides stay consistent through daily operations. The result is a platform that fits into the existing landscape rather than forcing a rip-and-replace across the whole stack.
You own the platform we build for you: the source code, the data model, the infrastructure configuration and the technical documentation. We favor open technologies and deploy on your own cloud account or environment, so nothing essential is tied to a license only we can renew. At handover we run a structured knowledge transfer with your engineers, walking through the architecture, the deployment pipeline and the day-to-day operations, so your team can run and extend the platform on its own. Many clients then choose to keep us operating the software in production, with monitoring, automated recovery and ongoing maintenance, but that stays a decision you make, never a dependency built into the platform on purpose.
